Service · Automation
Automations that take the repetitive work off your team.
Custom workflows built around your CRM, your templates and your house style. Designed to fit how your team already works — not replace them, not require a culture change, not lock you into me.

What we build.
Most engagements come back to a small list of recurring jobs:
Listing copy generation.
Negotiator submits a brief, draft comes back in your house voice.
Vendor and landlord weekly updates.
Pulled from CRM activity. Drafted for negotiator review.
Viewing feedback summaries.
From notes to vendor-ready email in one step.
Lead triage.
Route new enquiries by intent, urgency and source. Flag the ones humans need to see fast.
Compliance prep.
AML and right-to-rent pre-checks before docs hit the compliance desk.
Branch and leadership digests.
A useful Monday read for branch managers and owners. Replaces the dashboard nobody opens.
Repeat applicant matching.
New stock cross-checked against active and dormant applicants.
If yours isn't on this list, it's worth a call. Patterns repeat.
How it works
How it works.
- Scoping. We pick one or two builds for the first phase. Not eight. Eight is how projects die.
- Build. Two to four weeks per workflow, depending on complexity and CRM access.
- Pilot. Live in one branch or one team for two weeks. Tuning happens here.
- Roll out. Across the group, with a written runbook and a 30-minute team session per branch.
- Handover and embed. Documentation, ownership, and a 90-day check-in.
What you own
What you own at the end.
- The workflow itself — built on tools you have access to (Make, n8n, Zapier, or a light custom layer where needed).
- A written runbook so your ops lead can maintain it.
- The prompts and templates, in plain text.
- A list of risks, edge cases and known limits. Honest one. No "production-grade enterprise platform" language.
You're not locked to me. That's the point.
Pricing
Pricing.
Fixed fee per build, scoped on the call. [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. "Typical first build £X-£Y; subsequent builds usually faster"].
FAQ
FAQ.
What CRMs have you worked with?
[PLACEHOLDER: list — e.g. Reapit, Alto, Jupix, Vebra]. If yours isn't there, it's almost always still doable — most have an API or at least an export.
Will this replace any of my staff?
No. It removes the parts of the day they hate. The team gets the time back for the work that actually needs a human.
What about hallucinations and bad outputs?
Every workflow has a human review step. Drafts go to a person before they go to a vendor or landlord. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
Who maintains it?
You do. The runbook is written for your ops lead, not for me. If you'd rather I stay involved, the Fractional CAIO retainer covers that.
Want team training so they can use the new workflow? Or an ongoing Fractional CAIO retainer for build oversight? Start with a consultancy engagement to pick the right build.
