- Build pipeline oversight — what gets built, in what order, by whom.
- Training oversight — what your team needs next, and when.
- A written quarterly read for the board.
What's not in it: 24/7 availability, hands-on build delivery (that's a separate engagement), or rebrand-style transformation theatre.

Are you working with our competitors?
Sector exclusivity isn't standard, but I won't take on a directly competing group within your trading area. Specifics agreed in writing.
Do you build the workflows yourself in this role?
Not under the retainer. The retainer is leadership and oversight. Builds are scoped separately under Automation Builds.
Can we exit if it isn't working?
Yes. Three-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice. No claw-backs, no "transformation" lock-ins.
Will you sit on our exec calls?
Yes, if useful. Most clients want me at one exec meeting a month and one ops meeting a fortnight.
