Terms of use
These terms cover use of this website and paid strategy-call bookings. Larger commercial engagements (audits, implementations, fractional and training work) are covered by a separate written engagement letter signed by both parties.
Use of the site
You may read, link to, and quote from this site with attribution. You may not scrape it at volume, republish substantial content verbatim, or represent it as your own work.
Paid strategy calls
A strategy call is a 60-minute working session, paid in advance via Stripe (currently £450 including UK VAT where applicable). Payment confirms the booking; you'll then choose a slot in my Google Calendar and receive an invite with a video link.
Rescheduling. You can reschedule at no cost up to 48 hours before the start time using the link in your calendar invite. Reschedules requested inside the 48-hour window are subject to availability and may not be possible.
Refunds. Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the start time. Inside the 48-hour window the fee is non-refundable, but I'll offer one courtesy reschedule where I can. If I have to cancel for any reason, you get a full refund or a rescheduled slot at your choice.
What a strategy call is not. It's a scoped working conversation, not a fixed deliverable. You get my honest reading of your situation, a written follow-up summary, and — if it's a fit — a proposal for further work. It's not legal, regulatory or financial advice.
Larger engagements
Audits, implementations, fractional AI leadership and training engagements are covered by a separate written engagement letter. That letter sets scope, price, timeline, IP ownership, confidentiality, warranties and liability caps for the work in question. Nothing on this website overrides an engagement letter.
No advice by webpage
Content on this site is general commentary, not consulting advice for your specific situation. Advice for your context is provided under a signed engagement letter.
Warranties and liability
The site is provided as-is. Nothing here constitutes a legal, financial or regulatory guarantee. Formal warranties and liability caps sit inside individual engagement letters where they belong. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under UK law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
