Workflow Diagnostic
Bring one recurring task. I map how it works today, assess where AI or straightforward automation could help, and give you a scoped recommendation for what to do next.
- Investment
- £1,500 fixed
- Timing
- Five working days after agreed inputs and discovery
- Ends with
- Written recommendation and debrief
Find out whether one workflow is worth improving.
One workflow, one team, up to three systems and two discovery sessions with up to three people. Supply up to ten redacted representative examples, including exceptions.
This is discovery and planning. Production development, migration, security testing and support are outside scope. A prototype can be quoted separately where it would resolve uncertainty.
No VAT is added. The written quotation confirms scope, timing and any travel costs before you buy. Missing evidence or delayed access can move the delivery date.
Step 01
Check the fit
A free 20-minute conversation checks the problem and available inputs.
Step 02
Agree the scope
We agree the evidence, participants, fee and delivery date in writing.
Step 03
Review the work
I work through the supplied examples and discuss the task with its owners.
Step 04
Make a decision
We review the findings and agree whether to proceed, use another approach or stop.
- 01Current workflow map, including systems, handoffs and exceptions
- 02Baseline of volume, time and review effort, with assumptions identified
- 03Recommended workflow showing what the system does and what people check
- 04Feasibility review covering data, access, integration and ownership
- 05Pilot brief with acceptance criteria, dependencies, running-cost estimates and a separate delivery quotation
- 06Written recommendation and 60-minute debrief
- An owner who can make a decision and supply relevant evidence
- A defined task or concern to address in the next quarter
- A requirement for formal compliance certification
- A company-wide transformation programme within this fixed scope
Scope and next steps
No. The recommendation is yours to use internally or with another supplier. Further work is separately scoped and optional.
Start with a description of the task. We agree any access and evidence before delivery. Use redacted examples and avoid sending confidential records with the initial enquiry.
