Problem

Useful AI needs clear boundaries around client information.

Drafting client emails, summarising supplied records or preparing internal notes can save time. The decision is which tools and information are appropriate, who checks the output and what your team is allowed to do.

One business entity, up to 25 staff and five AI tools. Includes a staff questionnaire, two interviews and review of supplied policies and settings. Technical access is agreed separately.

The review cannot guarantee every unapproved tool is discovered or certify security or legal compliance. Monitoring, penetration testing, tenant remediation, specialist legal advice and formal assurance are outside scope.

No VAT is added. The written quotation confirms scope, timing and any travel costs before you buy. Missing evidence or delayed access can move the delivery date.
